It was suggested to me that the people Packe Street would like to have a bird feature in their park. So the idea I came up with, was of a young lady perched on her knees with one arm that is shaping her hair to form a small bowl for a bird bath, and her other arm placed around the bowl, with her hand open outward, for the birds to feed from. And so was born Charm - Goddess of plant life. |
