FEATHER ON A FLAX MAT

This painting is an extremely detailed piece. the flax, feather and paua were all carefully painted and although it was a small painting it took a lot of effort to construct. The mat in particular was like trying to put a puzzle together. The painting received many comments about the detailed aspects.
