Commercial Commission: Reiki in Riccarton

This was the first sculpture I created specifically as a symbol for a business. Commissioned by a Reiki practitioner, the piece was designed to become a visual expression of her healing work. She generously shared her wedding photographs so I could capture something of her likeness — a level of trust that shaped the entire process.

The cupped hands represent the generation of healing energy, giving physical form to something normally unseen. Installed as part of her practice, the sculpture now serves both as a landmark and as a living extension of her brand… and of herself."
